When are you open?
We are now open regular business hours! Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday,
and Saturday we are open from 10am - 6pm. On Thursday we are open
11am - 8pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Vision Service Plan (VSP) and some vision plans from MetLife,
Aetna and Guardian. If you do not have vision insurance we highly
recommend looking at individual plans offered from VSP
Do I need an appointment to shop for frames? Drop off repairs?

Yes. We try to accommodate same day requests as much as possible

before you arrive. This allows us to limit the number of patients

No. In order to protect our staff we are temporarily closing our
bathroom to public use.
Do you offer curb-side pickup?
No, however we will bring your items to the door for you! In fact,
we encourage you to call us at 650-347-2200 or text us at
650-679-7815 before you arrive and we'll be waiting at the door

Is it safe to wear my contact lenses? Are you doing contact lens
fittings and/or first time training for contact lenses?
