When are you open?

What insurance do you accept?

We accept Vision Service Plan (VSP). If your vision plan is out of network, you can pay for the exam privately and we will provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. Need vision insurance? We've got you covered with a VSP Individual Plan. Learn more here.

Do I need an appointment to shop for frames? Drop off repairs? Pick up my order? See the doctor?

We prefer it! We try to accommodate same day requests as much as possible however, if you call us at 650-347-2200 or text us at 650-679-7815 before you arrive it is less likely you will to have to wait for service. If you wish to see the doctor, you must have an appointment. The most desirable time slots (evenings and weekends) always go first.

Do you accept walk-in appointments for eye exams?

No, you must have an appointment to see the doctor. Give us a call at 650-347-2200 to book, there may be a cancellation that same day!

Can I bring my friend/spouse/family member/pet with me?

If you require physical assistance, an interpreter, or are a minor under 18 years old then absolutely! For everybody else we ask you keep the number of people you bring with you to a minimum as we are a small space. For now, we are not allowing any 4 legged family members in the office.

Do you offer curb-side pickup?

No, however we will bring your items to the door for you! In fact, we encourage you to call us at 650-347-2200 or text us at 650-679-7815 before you arrive and we'll be waiting at the door so you don't have to come in. We also have a wireless, contactless payment system if you need to make payment from the door.

Do I still have to wear a mask if I am vaccinated?

Masks are now optional for all patients, visitors, and staff.

Why do you need my credit card to book an appointment with the doctor?

No charges are made to your card at the time of booking. However if you cancel or change with less than 24 hours notice there is a $50 fee. We text you 2 days before to remind you of your appointment.

Can I use the bathroom?

Yes, our bathroom is open to customers and patients only.
